งานมหกรรมนวัตกรรมและเครือข่ายสตาร์ทอัพไทยที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศ! 

ระหว่างวันที่ 22 - 24 มิถุนายน 2566 เร็ว ๆ นี้

ARI Tech หรือที่อ่านว่า “อารีเทค” คือ กลุ่มของเทคโนโลยีชั้นสูง ประกอบไปด้วย A - Artificial Intelligence หรือ เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ R - Robotics หรือ เทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์ และ I - Immersive หรือ เทคโนโลยีโลกเสมือนจริง และ I - IoT หรือ การเชื่อมโยงและรับข้อมูลผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต (IoT) 

ARI Tech คือ การรวมกลุ่มเทคโนโลยีที่จะมาเป็นผู้ช่วยที่สามารถเรียนรู้ จดจำ จำลองต้นแบบ ช่วยวิเคราะห์ รวมไปถึงจัดเก็บข้อมูลและพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคได้อย่างมหาศาล เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่ตรงต่อความต้องการของผู้บริโภค 

โดยมีการคาดการณ์ว่า ARI Tech ทั่วโลกจะมีมูลค่าสูงถึง 300,000 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ  โดยเฉพาะเทคโนโลยีในกลุ่ม AI ซึ่งมีแนวโน้มจะเติบโตมากที่สุดเพราะ AI เป็นเทคโนโลยีที่นิยมใช้กันมากในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมผลิตไมโครชิพคาดว่าจะมีมูลค่าสูงถึง 2 แสนล้านเหรียญดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ด้าน Robotic จะเติบโตประมาณ 5 หมื่นล้านเหรียญดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ส่วน Immersive ถือว่าเป็นโอกาสใหม่ของ DeepTech Startup ที่คาดว่าจะเติบโตประมาณ 3 หมื่นล้านเหรียญดอลลาร์สหรัฐ 

หนึ่งตัวอย่างที่สะท้อนความสำเร็จของเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์หรือ AI ได้เป็นอย่างดีก็คือ ChatGPT AI สุดล้ำ ที่ช่วยหาคำตอบ-ตอบคำถาม สร้างบทสนทนากับผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ ช่วยเขียนโค้ด เขียนบทความ แปลภาษา สรุปเนื้อหา ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ช่วยคนโปรดของเราได้อย่างไม่ต้องสงสัยเพราะรวดเร็วและค่อนข้างแม่นยำ

โดยเจ้าตัว ‘ChatGPT’ พัฒนาโดย OpenAI  ในซานฟรานซิสโก ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทวิจัยที่นำโดย Sam Altman และได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก Microsoft ChatGPT ซึ่งออกแบบมาเพื่อดำเนินการสนทนากับผู้คน เปิดตัวเมื่อปลายเดือนพฤศจิกายนปี 2565 และกลายเป็นกระแสไวรัลอย่างรวดเร็ว นอกจากตอบคำถามแล้ว ฟีเจอร์ของมันยังรวมถึงการปฏิเสธคำถามที่ไม่เหมาะสม และการยอมรับข้อผิดพลาด บอกเลยว่าเป็น Chatbot ที่ความรู้แน่น! และมารยาทงามมากๆ

นอกจากนี้ยังมีเทคโนโลยีอีกกลุ่มที่ไม่กล่าวถึงไม่ได้ก็คือกลุ่ม Automation หรือ ระบบอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าไม่ใช่เรื่องใหม่ มีการใช้กันอย่างต่อเนื่องมากว่า 10 ปีแล้ว โดยเฉพาะในแวดวงภาคอุตสาหกรรม และโลจิสติกส์ จนกระทั่งปัจจุบันก็นำมาใช้งานในครัวเรือนแล้วเช่นกัน ยกตัวอย่างเช่น Smart Home หรือ บ้านอัจฉริยะ ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีควบคุมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในบ้านผ่าน Application บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสั่งการด้วยเสียงนั่นเอง 

ประโยชน์ของการนำ Automation มาใช้ในธุรกิจจะช่วยลดการทำงานแบบ Routine ที่ต้องทำซ้ำไปซ้ำมา ตอบโจทย์การทำงานที่มีขั้นตอนที่แน่นอน ต้องการความรวดเร็วและแม่นยำ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีมาทำงานในส่วนนี้แทน ทำให้พนักงานมีเวลาโฟกัสกับงานที่สำคัญมากกว่า สามารถสร้าง Impact ให้กับองค์กรได้มากกว่า เพราะฉะนั้น “เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม” จึงเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้เติบโตได้อย่างรวดเร็วและยั่งยืน

โดยหนึ่งในกลุ่มเป้าหมายของแผนการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี AI ระดับชาติคือ Government Service เพื่อนำเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมมาใช้ในบริการของภาครัฐ ตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชน โดยกลยุทธ์สำคัญในการทำให้เกิดสิ่งนี้คือ การเตรียมพร้อมรับกฎหมายและนโยบายการใช้เทคโนโลยี AI ที่อาจจะเข้ามาแทนที่มนุษย์ การพัฒนาโครงการสร้างพื้นฐานให้พร้อมต่อการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี AI คนทำงานต้องเพิ่มความรู้ ทักษะความสามารถเกี่ยวกับ AI

สำหรับ NIA บทบาทหน้าที่ในการสนับสนุน ARI Tech คือเราจะเป็นตัวกลางในการประสาน และเชื่อมโยงแหล่งเงินทุน มหาวิทยาลัย ภาครัฐ เอกชน ให้มาประกอบกันเป็น Ecosystem และให้องค์ความรู้กับสตาร์ทอัพหรือผู้ที่สนใจ เพื่อสร้างผู้ประกอบการ ARI Tech ให้มีความยั่งยืนและเติบโตแบบก้าวกระโดด ส่วนภาคส่วนต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหน่วยงานภาครัฐอื่นๆ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา ประชาสังคม จะมีส่วนช่วยในการผลักดันและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเชิงลึก “ARI Tech” ให้เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร

ARI Tech is a group of advanced technologies - AI, Robotics, and Immersive (or virtual reality) technology. ARI Tech is cordially supported by data connectivity via Internet of Things (IoT), allowing us to analyze and store massive amounts of usage and behavioral data, which could be personalized into better products or services to the end-users.

It is predicted that ARI Tech will have a high value of up to 300 trillion US dollars globally, especially in AI technology which is expected to grow the most up to 200 trillion US dollars as AI is a popular technology used in the microchip production industry. In Robotics, it is expected to grow to approximately 50 billion US dollars, while Immersive is considered a new opportunity for DeepTech Startups which is expected to grow to approximately 30 billion US dollars.

An excellent example that reflects the success of Artificial Intelligence or AI technology is ChatGPT, which can help users find answers, create conversations naturally, assist in coding, writing articles, translating languages, summarizing content, and serve as our favorite assistant without any doubt because of its speed and accuracy.

ChatGPT was developed by OpenAI in San Francisco led by Sam Altman. It received support from Microsoft. ChatGPT was designed to converse with people. It was launched in November 2022, and has become very popular. In addition to answering questions, its features also include rejecting inappropriate questions and accepting mistakes. It's safe to say that it is a highly knowledgeable and polite chatbot.

Also, there is another group of technologies that has not been mentioned, which is automation. This is not a new concept. It has been continuously used for over 10 years, especially in the industrial and logistics sectors, and is now being used in households as well. For example, Smart Homes that use technology to control various devices within the home through applications on mobile phones, computers, or voice commands.

The benefits of using automation in businesses help reduce routine tasks that need to be repeated. It is suitable for the work with clear steps that require speed and accuracy which technology can work in this part instead. This allows employees to focus on more important tasks and create more impact for the organization. Therefore, "technology and innovation" are important parts of driving organizations to grow rapidly and sustainably.

One of the target groups of the national-level AI development plan is government service, to use technology and innovation in public services to meet the needs of the people. The key strategies in making this happen are preparing for the legal and policy framework for using AI technology that may replace humans, developing infrastructure to prepare for AI technology development, and increasing the knowledge and skills of workers in AI-related fields.

NIA acts as a focal facilitator linking funding sources, universities, and public and private sectors together into an ecosystem expectantly to create sustainable and rapidly growing ARI Tech businesses. Meanwhile, how will various sectors such as other public agencies, private sectors, educational institutions, and the general public contribute to pushing and developing deep technology "ARI Tech"?

One of the key organizations that drives "government innovation" and will join the event this year is the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission or OPDC.
