Basically, I am a chemist expert in bioplastics. Since 2005, I have started working for NIA. I tried to make people realize the importance of bioplastics development in Thailand. Recently, I have changed the expertise from chemical specialist to the communicator between Japanese organization and Thailand. I have 3 important concepts. First is knowledge; to get knowledge you have to study many things and understand how it is for the next steps of your plan. Second is correct decision. You have to make a precise decision, then your work will go in the right direction. The last one is implementation. If I just sit on my chair, how can my work will progress. I have to communicate to people. These are necessary elements for my present job.

Goal
The name of our organization is National INNOVATION Agency. So, we have to do innovative matters in Thailand. Everything and everyone have to be innovative. Every staffs must have an innovative mindset and have a passion to create and drive innovative project. I have lived in Thailand for 19 years. I feel like Thailand is my home now, so I wish I could do and drive the best things for Thailand and NIA.
