ผ่านไปแล้วกับงานมหกรรมสร้างความร่วมมือทางด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมระหว่างประเทศไทยและเนเธอร์แลนด์ “Thailand – Netherlands Growing Together with AgTech Startup”งานสัมมนาครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้นิทรรศการนานาชาติด้านพืชและสวน AGRITECHNICA ASIA And HORTI ASIA 2022 เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2565 ผ่านออนไลน์แพลตฟอร์ม

คุณปริวรรต วงษ์สำราญ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการนวัตกรรม NIA ได้กล่าวเปิดงานว่า เรามุ่งหวังที่จะบ่มเพาะเร่งสร้างระบบนิเวศสตาร์ทอัพ เพื่อให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางพัฒนาธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพที่สำคัญในภูมิภาค โดยเฉพาะทางด้านอาหารและการเกษตร ถือว่าเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของระบบเศรษฐกิจไทย โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศไทยและเนเธอร์แลนด์ผ่านโครงการ AgTech Connext ในครั้งนี้จะเป็นการผนึกกำลังเร่งสร้างเครือข่ายสตาร์ทอัพเกษตรให้มีการเชื่อมต่อในระดับนานาชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น

คุณลุค แรมเมลเบิร์ก Program Director, StartLife กล่าวว่าการลงนามความร่วมมือระหว่าง NIA และ Startlife ถือเป็นโอกาสอันดีเพื่อการสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างประเทศเพื่อแก้วิกฤติการขาดแคลนอาหารในระดับโลก โดย Startlife ได้มีการสนับสนุนเร่งสร้าง Agri-FoodTech Startup มามากกว่า 400 ราย และมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งหากประเทศไทยร่วมสนับสนุนโครงการบ่มเพาะเร่งสร้างและผลักดันสตาร์ทอัพเกษตรของไทย เพื่อการเติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดดตอบรับกระแสโลกยุคใหม่

คุณฮานส์ แวน เดอร์ บอร์น Executive Director, Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce กล่าวว่า 2 ปีที่ผ่านมามีการส่งเสริมสตาร์ทอัพเกษตรหลายราย และมีการสร้างเครือข่ายผ่าน NIA เพื่อขยายความร่วมมือในหลายๆ ภาคส่วน นอกจากนี้มีการจัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาให้ความรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายทั้งในกรุงเทพและจังหวัดอื่นๆ เช่น ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ และระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการนำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาใช้ในระบบการเกษตรมากยิ่งขึ้น เช่น นำตัวอย่างเทคโนโลยีการปลูกกัญชามาจากเนเธอร์แลนด์ แคนาดา และอเมริกา

คุณกุลิสรา บุตรพุฒ นักส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม ฝ่ายพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการนวัตกรรม NIA ได้นำเสนอที่มาของโครงการ AgTech Connext โดยเป้าหมายสำคัญของโครงการนี้คือการเป็นจุดเชื่อมต่อระหว่างสตาร์ทอัพเกษตรและเกษตรกร บ่มเพาะเร่งสร้างให้กลุ่มสตาร์ทอัพมีความเข้าใจเกษตรกรและมีความพร้อมที่จะขยายตลาด อีกทั้งช่วยให้เกษตรกรเองมีการเข้าถึงและเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยี และเปิดใจนำเทคโนโลยีที่เป็นประโยชน์ไปใช้เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการด้านการเกษตรให้มากยิ่งขึ้น

นอกจากนี้ยังมีการอัปเดตเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมที่ใช้ในการเกษตรทั้งจากประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์และไทยไม่ว่าจะเป็น 

• Easy Rice เครื่องตรวจสอบคุณภาพข้าวและเพิ่มคุณภาพด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ 
• The Brickett ระบบการจัดการฟาร์มจิ้งหรีดแนวตั้งพร้อมการควบคุมที่แม่นยำด้วย IoT
• dB2 เทคโนโลยีด้านกล้องประสิทธิภาพสูงที่ใช้ในการเกษตร จากสตาร์ทอัพสัญชาติเนเธอร์แลนด์

ในส่วนสุดท้ายของงานคือ 1-1 business matching เปิดโอกาสให้มีการสร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจอีกทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองความคิดเห็นเพื่อการเติบโตไปด้วยกัน ถือเป็นจุกเริ่มต้นเล็กๆ ในการพลิกโฉมการเกษตรไทยผ่านความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ที่มีผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากประเทศไทยและนานาชาติ จำนวนกว่า 200 คน ที่จะมาร่วมเชื่อมต่อประสานให้เกิดการนำ Solution ดีๆ จากสตาร์ทอัพไปให้เกิดการใช้งานแพร่หลายมากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถติดตามบรรยากาศงานย้อนหลังได้ที่

Mr. Pariwat Wongsamran, Director of Innovative Entrepreneurship Development Department NIA, made the opening remarks, saying that we are looking forward to incubating and accelerating the startup ecosystem. To establish Thailand as an important start-up hub in the region, particularly in the food and agriculture sectors. This event, a collaboration between Thailand and the Netherlands, will help to accelerate the performance of a global network of agricultural startups.

According to Mr. Loet Rammelsberg, Program Director at StartLife, the MOU between NIA and StartLife is a brilliant chance to build an international network to address the global food shortage crisis. Besides that, Startlife has supported over 400 Agri-FoodTech startups and would be glad if Thailand joined in supporting the incubation project to accelerate the creation and drive of Thai agricultural startups for growth in response to the new global trends.

Mr. Hans van der Borne, Executive Director of the Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce, said that they have supported many agricultural startups over the last two years. The NIA's networking expands cooperation in many sectors. Seminars and workshops are also held to build up networks in Bangkok and other provinces such as Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai, and the EEC. We also present additional ways to incorporate technology into the agricultural system, such as showcasing cannabis cultivation technology from the Netherlands, Canada, and the United States.

Ms. Kulisara Budpud, NIA's Innovation Counsellor, presented the background of the AgTech Connext project. The primary goal of this project is to connect agricultural startups and farmers. We incubate and accelerate the startup in better understand farmers and be prepared to expand market size. We also assist farmers in getting access to and understanding of technology, as well as being open-minded and trying to apply useful technology to reduce risks and increase efficiency in agricultural management.

There are also updates on new agricultural technologies and innovations from both the Netherlands and Thailand.

The final part of the event is 1-1 business matching, which promotes business networking and the exchange of ideas to grow together. This is just a small step toward transforming Thai agriculture through international collaboration. Most importantly, there are over 200 Thai and international participants who will join to connect and coordinate to bring solutions from startups to become more widely used.
